Ray Fillet inside the Oceanaut underwater base.
The Oceanaut underwater base appears in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures by Archie Comics, and is used by the Oceanauts.
After being kidnapped in the Oceanaut submarine on the North Atlantic Ocean waters, the Ninja Turtles encounter Ray Fillet and Bubbla, who have also been kidnapped and taken to the underwater base.
Together, they fight the Oceanauts and kid Terra. When Kid Terra kills Bubbla with his pistol, Ray Fillet becames angry and smashes the underwater base facility. The Oceanauts escape in the submarine, while Ninja Turtles and Ray Fillet escape through an access pool onto open water.[1]
