North America is a northern continent which, combined with South America and the Caribbean Sea region, comprises the Americas, also known as the New World. North America is bordered to the north by the Arctic Ocean, to the east by the Atlantic Ocean, to the northwest across the Bering Strait by Asia, to the west and south by the Pacific Ocean, and to the southeast by South America and the Caribbean Sea.

Being the place where the United States is located, most Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stories are set there.
