Noi Tai Dar is an oni character from the TMNT Adventures by Archie Comics,
Noi Tai Dar is summoned to Earth by Chien Kahn after the latter negotiates to have the demon destroy humanity in exchange for the souls of all mankind. The demon enters Japan through a gateway opened through the a nuclear power station which was smashed by the Warrior Dragon after he had been brainwashed by Chien Kahn. Noi Tai Dar attacks the Warrior Dragon with a bolt of energy, which actually brings brings him back to his senses. The two huge beings start to battle. Suddenly, the gods Izanagi and Izanami appear in the sky. Izanagi blasts Noi Tai Dar with a powerful beam of light which shoots from his eyes and it destroys the demon.[1]
It is later revealed that Chien Kahn, after calling upon Noi Tai Dar, was transformed into a dog-human.
