The Newtralizer is a heavily-armed Salamandrian bounty hunter with a grudge against the Kraang. While he has allied with the Ninja Turtles for purposes of defeating the Kraang, his violent demeanor and willingness to go to any lengths to eradicate his enemy - including endangering innocents and widescale damage - can put them at odds with each other, as well.

A large, alien amphibious creature loaded with weapons, the Newtralizer will destroy anyone if they stand in his way. He's aggressive and single-minded. While wearing a teleporter device, he attempted to defeat the Kraang by destroying New York City.
