Plot[]
It started with a voice over who said that he met the Mad Dogs during their fight with many enemies. Then it reveals that an earthworm mutant named Warren Stone swears revenge on them, After seeing that a monstrous hippopotamus is on the loose, Warren decided to set a trap on it.
From outside, The Mad Dogs are searching for the monster hippopotamus. To find him, Raph is gonna wear the hippo suit to attract him. They suddenly hear a voice somewhere and they found Warren stone in the park, in a magix box and wearing a disguise. Raph decided to save him only for him to get stuck in a tarp pit. Warren unmasked himself and revealed to be his greatest enemy. At first, the Turtles don't recognize him and they ignored him to help free Raph. Having enough, Warren Stone landed on Leo, who freaks out and slices him in half. The Turtles were horrified and Warren suddenly comes back to life, saying that he regenerates when being cut and it was a painful power. The Turtles started to leave him and Warren started to think of another plan to beat the turtles.
He headed to Clem's shop and started to pick out a blue gem. He started to call the police about the hippo outside the Burgundy Center. The police asked what his name is and he gave out the name Current Occupant.
At the studios, the Turtles entered inside with Mikey in the hippo suit. Raph can't wear it because according to Donnie, he ruined a old woman's birthday. At first, they didn't find anyone except for Warren Stone, who wore the gem and became muscular. Mikey pointed out that Warren Stone is Current Occupant. The earthworm shouted at them saying it was all a ruse and prepared them for battle. Suddenly, a real hippo magician burst into the building to reveal his name Hypno-Potamus. Seizing the chance, Raph pushed Mikey forward and started to attact Hypno. But however, Hypno realized that they pulled the prank at him. He started to get engaged in battle and started to battle the turtles while Warren sulks in grief.
As the turtles started to leap into the air, Hypno used a hypnosis spell, putting the turtles into a trance. Warren began to complain himself before he saw the bust of his human self. Sensing this, he decided to save the turtles by using his gem as he removed it from his chest and reflect the trance Hypno was gonna use and defeated Hypno.
Leo, Mikey, Donnie and Raph woke up from their trance and having no memory of what happened. They realized that they defeated Hypno but Warren said that he saved them. Leo grabbed him and asked who he is, much to Warren groaning in frustration.
