In the world of the Super Turtles, Neil O'Malley was one of two assistants of Dr. Shreddarius (the other being Jonas Case), who defected and became allies of the Super Turtles.
History[]
O'Malley and Case were research and development assistants under Dr. Shreddarius on the Terrorkinetics project. When they realized that Shreddarius had evil intentions with their work, they quit.
O'Malley and Case learned of the Super Turtles, Shreddarius' secret project that he was using as insurance against Chairman Lucks if he ever betrayed him. They broke into their facility and subdued Sliver briefly, and convinced them that Shreddarius was evil. The Turtles realized they were right and tried to get Sliver to defect against Shreddarius with them, but he refused and they had to fight him off. The Super Turtles and their two new allies headed for Lucks' headquarters to stop him and Shredderius.
The Super Turtles fought off the Terrorkinetic guards and broke into the building, fighting off Shreddarius and a recovered Sliver, then easily took down Lucks and captured him. Shreddarius, in the meantime, dissappeared, but they uncovered enough evidence of Lucks and Shredderius' plans to expose their fake alien invasion to the public and have Lucks arrested.
