Natalie was a tank technician at Aquatic MuSEAum, where April O'Neil was a narwhal show host. Natalie's tasks involved cleaning out the aquarium's tanks, which were constantly filled with filth. This made Natalie's job thankless and by association, unhappy.
Natalie was mutated by a Oozesquito one day, along with her colleagues Gnarly and Ned, becoming an anthropomorphic gnat. The three of them became a gang of thieves known as The Silent G's, and Natalie began going by Gnatalie. Sound Off! part 2

Powers and abilities
- Flight: As a mutant gnat, Gnatalie is capable of flying.
- Exploding spit projectiles: Gnatalie can spit green gobs which can stick to surfaces and then detonate.
