The Mystic Wind Ninja appears in the console version of 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles video game, the DS version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3: Mutant Nightmare, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Shredder Reborn.

Appearances[]

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles[]

In Stage 4: Tengu, the Mystic Wind Ninja serves as one of the recruits in Hun's attack squad as they all raid the museum in search for the Goblin Blade. The Wind Mystic appears as the first boss ofthe third.

The Wind Mystic forms from inside a small tornado. He looks at a hero as he prepares an attack. At close ranges, he will swing his staff around, inflicting minor damage to anyone next to him. When at mid or far range, he will swing his staff to fire off a small fast-moving whirlwind aimed at a hero. He will also roll and sidestep around the battle. He can receive up to a three-hit combo before being knocked back by a fourth weak hit or strong attack. He is immune to stun and knockdowns. When knocked back or sometimes during battle, he will spin his body once and create a giant tornado pillar where he stands, then makes a large leap across the room to either continue his attack pattern or create another giant tornado in succession. Once defeated, a gust of wind causes him to spin rapidly until he disappears.

The Wind Mystic reappears in Stage 6: Justice as a boss inside Oroku Saki's Tower, fought within the Foot Science Lab (Area 3). Unlike in Stage 4, he is the last Foot Mystic to be battled and appears immune to the toxic gas present, but because the Turtles are constantly losing health in the room, they must defeat the Wind Mystic quickly.

The Wind Mystic reappears in Challenge Mode.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3: Mutant Nightmare[]

Multiple Wind Mystics can be fought as regular opponents in Episode 3 of the DS version of the game.
