Mystic Hand is a member of the Mystery Men. His hand can come off and float across the room to punch, strangle or poke an enemy in the eye. If he loses sight of them, however, they can get lost and out of his control.
Mystic Hand appears in four of the Flaming Carrot and TMNT crossover comics.
