In Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, mutant silverfish are recurring adversaries of the Mad Dogs.
History[]
Mutant silverfish debuted in "Donnie's Gifts" where the Turtles fought them on the streets of New York City. A few of them were captured by Meat Sweats, who boiled it to the point where he could absorb its abilities.
Mutant silverfish appeared in the Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics. In issue 0, the Turtles encountered mutant silverfish while out looking for April O'Neil, and during the fight, they combined into one giant silverfish. Raphael smashed them apart with his tonfā, and they were all beaten by April and the Turtles, save for a few who ended up chased by a crossing guard. In A Bad Case of the Meat Sweats, April and Michelangelo disguise themselves as mutant silverfish to gain the attention of the person who has been capturing mutants recently. Mutant silverfish swarmed to them, wanting to combine with them to no avail. Meat Sweats kidnaps them, seeking to cook them like all the other mutant silverfish he captured. The Reunion Special!, April dresses up Warren Stone in a mutant silverfish costume to attract them and scare away their other mutant foes.
Mutant silverfish appeared in the Museum of Art and Framing in "Stuck on You", where the Turtles found them eating the art exhibits. After the arrival of Hypno-Potamus and the Foot Clan, the Turtles first attacked the silverfish. After some initial difficulties, they successfully defeated the mutant silverfish and dropped them in a trash can.
The Turtles uncovered a giant mutant silverfish in "Late Fee" while searching for a DVD kiosk to return a rented film. It was able to best the Turtles in combat until Raphael impaled it with a basketball.
Mutant silverfish fled from a dumpster near Washington Irving High School as the Purple Dragons' armed drones were teleported into them via the Mystic Ōdachi in "Mind Meld".
Baron Draxum employed mutant silverfish as aides at his job as the Autry Cafeteria worker in "Mystery Meat". As Draxum distracted Vivian Slopworth, April managed to command the mutant silverfish to help her clean up the filthy cafeteria kitchen before Vivian Slopworth knew it was ever dirty.

- Culmination: Mutant silverfish can combine themselves into one being and seemingly gain strength in this state as shown in how much trouble the Turtles had in fighting one in "Late Fee".
