A giant, mutant slice of pizza is seen among the creatures attacking the 1987 version of April in Turtles Forever. Like the others, there is no explanation as to where it came from. Along with the Mutant Leprechauns, they are not shown to be defeated, and simply disappears after the Mutant Bowling Balls and Mutant Banana are beaten.
