In the TMNT IDW comic, Mutant City is the name given to New York City in the time-traveling Lita's time line, as the Mutant Town ghetto had expanded to the entire city by the year 2032. It is here that the war between the Splinter and Foot Clans took place, ending in the death of Karai at the hands of Jennika, and the breakup of the Splinter Clan.
