- The ooze was released in 3 different colors: red, blue, and green.
- This toy is the fifth time that baby turtle minifigures have been released in canisters of ooze, following 1989's Retromutagen Ooze, 2004's Ooze Container, 2012's Mutagen Ooze, and 2013's Mutagen Ooze.
- Like the 2012 release, this release's minifigures are cast in the same skin tones as the turtles themselves and feature unique sculpts for each brother.
