The Mutagen Laser (ミュータンジェン レーザ) is a device utilized by Shredder in the Mutant Turtles story Mutagen ni Kiwotsukeru to revert Scrag back into human form from a mutant bat on television, as a way to entice the Ninja Turtles and Splinter into falling into his trap. When Shredder tries to de-mutate the Turtles with it, Splinter throws his walking stick at it and destroys it to prevent them from being regressed.
