The mutagen in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures comics once mutated Hamato Yoshi into a humanoid rat, and Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo and Raphael into humanoid turtles.[1]
Its effects on Hamato Yoshi and the turtles in this version is more deeply explored in the flashback issue Mutations.[2]
