Synopsis[]
The Ninja Turtles and Joe Eyeball (with Baxter Stockman secretly in tow) follow the rampaging Muckmech to the city dump. Michelangelo ties to get Muckmech's attention, but he ignores him. Raphael tries his hand, throwing a garbage can lid into him, but this triggers the Muckmech to evolve further into a massive Muckmonster. Donatello locates a crane with an electromagnet and intends to use it to draw the robotic portions from Muckmonster, but he'd already moved on. The Turtles locate him, and he turns and throws a dumpster at them, almost knocking over the Shellraiser.
Joe happens to see Baxter at last, and Donatello loads him into the Shellraiser's cannon. Joe ricochets off of Stockman's head and knocks him into the Shellraiser's roof, breaking his cell phone with the control app to Muckmonster, while Joe's trajectory lands him on Muckmonster's head. With the control broken, Joe is able to get through to Muckmonster and remind him that he's a hero. The Mouser components in Muckmonster short-circuit and he splashes into the ground with a titdal wave of garbage. As Baxter gets out of dodge, Muckman reforms and he thanks his friends for saving him. Joan Grody approaches as the Turtles leave to do an interview with Muckman.
At Foot headquarters, Baxter watches Joan's broadcast on TV, and is interrupted by Shredder, who is angry that Baxter's "super weapon" assignment has amounted to nothing but an embarrassing spectacle. He finds punishing Stockman beneath him, and leaves this task to Bebop and Rocksteady. They approach him with a hard attitude until Shredder is out of earshot, then Bebop whispers to him asking if he has anything to clean their chambers.
