Mrs. Hambrath is Starlee Hambrath's mother. She is an opinionated, loud, judgmental and overbearing woman who rarely lets her husband get a word in edgewise. Mrs. Hambrath appears in the episode Enter the Jammerhead, along with Mr. Hambrath and Glaxxer Hambrath.
Almost as soon as she arrives at O'Neil Tech, Mrs. Hambrath makes a comment about Starlee's weight, embarrassing her daughter in front of Donatello and Cody Jones. When Donatello introduces himself, Mrs. Hambrath asks Starlee why he's wearing a mask and if he's a criminal. She also wants to know if Starlee has joined a cult.
It is clear that Mrs. Hambrath has a preconceived notion about Earth and its inhabitants, taking every opportunity to insult both. She even asks Cody if Donatello has had his 'shots' after Donatello saves them from a laser that clumsy Glaxxer accidently activated.
Though the Turtles and Splinter make every effort to hide the fact that Jammerhead is attacking the penthouse, Mrs. Hambrath is in the hangar when the criminal bursts in. She grabs Starlee's arm, announcing that she's always said that "Earth is a wretched hive of scum and villainy" as she drags her daughter away, intent on taking her back home to Omatran.
Starlee breaks free, telling her mother that her friends are good people and she's going to help them. Mrs. Hambrath follows her daughter to Cody's lab, asking how she can possibly help. Though she tries coaxing Starlee away, her daughter manages to hack Jammerhead and stop his attack. Starlee then tells her mother that she likes Earth and wants to stay. Mrs. Hambrath finally agrees that her daughter knows how to handle herself and is very smart.
