Mr Murakami has run a noodle shop in Manhattan for a number of years. He is completely blind but comes to know many of his regulars well, particularly four Turtle mutants who save him from Shredder’s minions. He takes a shine to the rowdy but nice “boys”, and continues to dole out sage advice to the adventurers, along with a wide array of noddle dishes.
