Mr. Tyler is a character in the Michelangelo Toys Around episode of the 1987 TV series. He was voiced by Cam Clarke.
He is a proprietor of the Tyler Toys company[1], and he witnesses the evil men make the T-REX robots attack humanity.
He has a son named Kevin and he is saved by the Ninja Turtles.
