Mr. Jones is an unnamed father of Casey Jones and his unnamed younger sister. He never appeared in the episodes, only mentioned by his son couple times. Casey only mentioned his father and his younger sister, however, he never mentioned his mother. It is strongly implied that her status is unknown, whatever she's alive or deceased.

- "A Chinatown Ghost Story", he was mentioned by his son that he was hockey player.
- "The Invasion, Part 2", he and his daughter were mentioned by his son, who tells the others that he'll protect injured and unconscious Leonardo (who was battered at the battle with the Foot Clan) and goes to find his father and his sister. Unfortunately, he couldn't find them, beleiving that they have been mutated like the rest of New York City. However, in Battle for New York, the turtles were able to revert the mutants back into Humans, and possibly Casey's family.
