A Morbus spacecraft is seen in the Archie Comics issues Search and Destroy, Gimme Danger! and Raw Power.
It is a combined prison spacecraft and cargo spacecraft. On Morbus, Krang, Slash and Bellybomb enter the spacecraft, which first flies away on autopilot towards an Eden World. There, some animals are dropped off from the cargo hold.
On the Eden World, Krang, Slash Bellybomb team up with Bebop and Rocksteady, and fly in the spacecraft to Earth. Once the Ninja Turtles have stopped Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady return into the spacecraft, taking the unconscious Krang and Bellybbomb with them.
Bebop and Rocksteady drop off Krang and Bellybbomb on Morbus, before continuing their flight back to the Eden World.
