Monza Ram was a member of the Triceraton All-Star Team and the 22-bout reigning champion of the Tri-Sports Arena "games."
Biography[]
Monza Ram and his team (Daz Ublem, Mixx Trolo, and Xiote Damaz) were once a popular team of fighters in the Tri-Sports Arena. In contrast to the other gladiators, who had to fight for life and death mostly under duress in the arena, they were rather free gladiators who went for fame and glory in battle.
Monza Ram and his team were summoned into the arena by the Supreme Leader of the Triceratons, Zanramon, to fight his latest captives and his arena fighters, the Ninja Turtles. This was due to their steadfast refusal to let themselves be massacred for his pleasure without resistance, and also as a way to force their new friend Professor Honeycutt to build his Transmat, which Zanramon wanted to use as an ultimate weapon. The Turtles, however, managed to kill him and his entire team in a duel. (TMNT Vol.1 #6)
Monza Ram is taken out by Leonardo during the battle.
