Monterrey is a major city in Mexico and the capital of Mexico's state of Nuevo León.
In the IDW continuity, Hector Barrales, also known as Razzmatazz, lives in a house in Monterrey. In TMNT: Bebop & Rocksteady Hit the Road issue 4, Special Agent Ravenwood sends the Earth Protection Force to Monterrey to detain Razzmatazz for questioning about his previous encounter with Bebop and Rocksteady.
