What the shell? The evil Winters has summoned the mischievous Jersey Devil and turned this skyrise into a full-fledged Monster Action Tower! It’s up to the TMNT to stop him before he re-opens the alien Vortex and brings a whole army of monsters to Earth! Using their wits, speed and ninja training, team turtle is gonna have to scale the walls, race the elevator, smash through the floors and zip up and down the 360 crane cable… doing everything it takes to get the job done and save the day!
