Mona Lisa is an unlockable, playable character in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Madness. Unlike her animated series counterpart, she seems to be a chemist as opposed to a physicist, as she attacks with chemical vials.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge[]
Mona's sprite was initially included in the game's data for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge, possibly intended as a cameo or mission-based ally, but it was not incorporated into the base game upon release. She later appeared in the game's Dimension Shellshock downloadable content pack as a background cameo in the "Dark Tomorrow" dimension with newly created sprites (and absent if the player is Mona Lisa.)
She was ultimately added as a fully playable character on September 24, 2024 alongside Mondo Gecko as part of the "Radical Reptiles" DLC pack (chosen for the sound of the name despite salamanders not technically being reptiles).[1] Mona's appearance largely resembles her look in the Fred Wolf animated series episode Raphael Meets His Match, with a variety of color palettes that homage her various incarnations across the TMNT multiverse. Her moveset, attacks, and dialogue place a heavy emphasis on chemistry in addition to ballet dancing. Mona Lisa also attacks with graceful kicks, swipes of her tail and the usage of the Blow Fish Mace from her 1992 figure.
