Mildred is a woman who appears in the 1987 TV series episode The Turtles and the Hare. She works for Channel 6, and is first seen arriving with the Easter eggs. She is dressed in a white blouse with a dark pink string tie and skirt of a similar color.
Once Bebop and Rocksteady arrive, she is one of the first to be zapped with the Docilizer Ray.
