Mick was a mechanic character designed for the original action figure line under the supervillain name "Mr. Badwrench".
Both designs feature a bionic right arm, which would carry a rotating wrench weapon. The first design would have had the bionic arm seeming to hold the wrench, while the second had the wrench as an attachment.
The first design was less elaborate, featuring just a black mustache and moptop for features and a socket wrench and hammer on his belt, likely as secondary attachments or weapons. The second design had a hammer, an adjustable wrench and a blade (labeled as a "scythe") hanging from his belt. He also held an acetylene torch attached to a gas canister backpack. His design was topped off by a garrison cap reading "Pennzoil", a cigar, and steel cap-toed boots.
