Impostor Michelangelo is one of four Turtles created at the behest of Madame Null by Jasper Barlow, using a bag of Donatello’s blood which was salvaged from the wreckage of his lab and clinic. Unlike the original Michelangelo, the impostor’s weapon of choice is a pair of katana.
The Impostor Turtles made their debut in the “Free Comic Book Day 2022” comic. They are first observed by Venus, who watched as the four impostors took on fifteen Earth Protection Force soldiers. Though the soldiers are well-armed and highly trained, the Turtles made short work of them. Then, as sirens signal the approach of law enforcement, the Turtles escaped into a storm drain.
During a speech given by Mayor Stockman, the Imposter Turtles strike again, making short work of the protective detail. Impostor Michelangelo wields his katana with a single-minded savagery, both slashing and impaling his enemies.
