Michelangelo's bedroom is the first of the turtles' bedrooms to be shown in the 2012 TV series.

- "Invasion of the Squirrelanoids" - Mikey and Raph are looking for the mutant squirrel that escaped and start hanging out in Mikey`s bedroom, forgetting about the squirrel. They eventually find the mutant squirrel, who then attacks and retreats into Raph's mouth.
- "Mikey Gets Shellacne" - Mikey wakes up puts his mask on and looks in his mirror to see the shellacne. He later locks himself in his room at the near beginning of the episode.

Trivia[]
- In Mikey Gets Shellacne, Mikey's bedroom was on the right-hand side towards the back. But in The Invasion, Part 1, his bedroom was on the left-hand side judging from the direction of the Kraang gun fire shown in the hallway through his open door. In The Noxious Avenger, his bedroom is shown to be somewhere on the right-hand side again, judging from the direction Splinter leaves when he confiscates Mikey's TV. It is unknown if these are continuity errors or if Mikey actually moved his room at least twice over the course of the series.
