Michael "Mike" Wheeler is a main character in Stranger Things. Mike is the leader of the "Party", as the group of Hawkins friends call themselves. He is the boyfriend of Eleven.
History[]
The Tourists[]
The kids from Hawkins arrive in New York City as tourists. The friends who refer to themselves as the "Party" become separated from the larger group because they are waiting for Eleven to join them. She soon arrives, having taken a bus by herself, and is greeted with a hug from Mike, who was worried about her. While the group waits for a subway train, they hear a noise that sounds familiar and follow the sound into the tunnels. They soon encounter a group of giant demodogs but before they can attack the kids, the Turtles appear and destroy the creatures. Afterwards, the two groups retire to the Turtles' lair where introductions and explanations are made.
