  • I'm not a moderator, so I'm not speaking as one. Rather, I want to speak logically.

Humans are a species like any other. And when non-human-born mutant characters take on a humanoid body plan and intelligence, sometimes they are also said (by the story or by creators) to be part human. When they are specifically said to be part human, then I do believe it is indeed appropriate for them to be placed in Category:Humans or one of its more appropriate subcategories, and up to this point this appears at least to have been tolerated.

I suspect the reason this is not done for all humanoid animal-born mutants is because, for whatever reason, not every such character was designed or developed with the assumption that they are part human. There is a tendency for people to see these characters' animal-influenced appearance and regard them as "not human," and indeed a lot of such characters don't identify as human. This is odd at least from a writer's standpoint, considering that human-born mutants who mutate with non-human species characteristics, while otherwise retaining their humanoid body plan and intelligence, are routinely identified as part non-human, or even as having become non-human altogether, hence the often curious category Category:Former humans.

Personally, I believe this has to do with a certain bias that human writers, characters, audiences and wiki editors alike have in arbitrarily deciding what is human and what is not, and it isn't always appreciated that it's possible for a character to be both part human and part non-human at the same time. Perhaps it's not the wiki's place to always arbitrarily decide whether a fictional character someone else designed is definitely human or definitely non-human, especially against creators' edicts on the matter. But if it's specifically confirmed that they are part human, such as in the case of the Turtles (Rise of the TMNT) or Leatherhead (Mirage), then I believe they belong in a human category or subcategory.

  • All that stuff about S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N. 2.0 in "Mind Meld", it/he was never confirmed to do that in said episode. Please stop editing that information.

Stubs vs. Placeholders: Stubs are okay, placeholders are not. A stub is an article with a small amount of content due to lack of or forthcoming information. A placeholder is when an article is created with a tiny amount of content simply to have an article created. The latter is especially egregious when there are images available to place in the article but the article is filled with the placeholder image (Wiki-background.png). If writing a stub, please remember to add {{Stub}} or {{Unfinished}} so that others can finish the work as information becomes available.

Your recent creation of the President Pepperoni article does not even meet the requirements to be the bare minimum of effort. Please at least put something in an article before moving on.
