I've noticed that you've been adding some of the shorter articles on this wiki as "Stubs". A good handful of those are intentionally short, because that's all the information that's found for a particular character or item.
Just a heads-up next time you browse through and find a short article.
It was User:The S's decision to kill all the "Representations" galleries, in favor of the normal disambiguation pages. So I'm guessing that it may not be a good idea to add the categories into articles.
The Wikia mobile interface is awful. It's adequate for a quick casual browse by someone linked through a Google search, but not much else. And while it's generally good practice to edit articles to make them easy to access in mobile, it's best editing them on a desktop or laptop computer.
