I'm not a moderator or anything, and an actual moderator may correct me if I'm wrong, but Turtlepedia does not use TMNTEntity or other fan review blogs as references to describe primary sources. Rather, we improve Turtlepedia to better document the primary sources ourselves.
So that is why I post those links to those issues and I could make those links references instead of links if thats fine with you. Also it would of been helpful if people knew what issues of Furrlough had the stories of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1987 spin-off comic Ninjara: Seed of Destruction.
One more thing, can you add the other issues of Furrlough that have the stories of the Teeange Mutant Ninja Turtles 1987 spin-off comic Ninjara: Seed of Destruction on Turtlepedia to show the readers what those covers where please? Here are the links for those covers and sorry for using TMNTEntity links for this again:
I don't think External Links should be a problem. It is when fansites, even ones as helpful as Entity, are used as references that gets to be the contention. We try to use firsthand sources if possible to keep a minimum to errors. As grateful as I am for the site, Mark's still human and I've caught more than a few whoopsies when I've had the comic in front of me showing me something different than his article. That's not to say we don't derp a bit... just trying to cut down on reduplicating (rederplicating?) others'.
You can create your own articles for those if you'd like; just make sure they measure up to at least higher than "this is a thing that exists".
