I'm not an administrator or a moderator, so this comes without any formality. However, in recent months, The S has told me that we are to stop overcategorizing articles. For example, if an article is in "Male characters" or "IDW characters" or whatever, then it doesn't need to be directly in the "Characters" category, since those other categories are already in that category. Similarly, in the case of your edits, if articles for non-fiction people are already in categories that imply a non-fiction person (such as any of the voice actor categories), it doesn't need to be directly in the "Non-fiction People" category either. This helps reduce clutter in parent categories, especially if there are straggler articles to be migrated to appropriate subcategories.
