The Mechaturtles are four evil robot turtles that Shredder used to sully the Turtles' reputation in the Mutant Turtles Gaiden chapter, Nise Turtles o Taose. Shredder has the Mechaturtles steal things to make the public think the Turtles are thieves. As he prepares to have them steal the Nile no Mehyō from High Pressured Curbon, the real turtles intervene. As Shredder has had these Mechaturtles programmed with the fight data from their last encounter, they easily overpower the real Turtles. Suddenly, Splinter arrives and gives them a rousing speech, and the Turtles turn the tide.
