Mazool's world is located in Dimension X in the Archie Comics. It is seen in the Black Hole Trilogy.
In the issue The Dream of the Blue Turtle, the Nova Posse, together with the Ninja Turtles and Ninjara fly to Mazool's world in their Nova Posse spacecraft. Once there, they break into the the Imperial Palace.[1]
