History[]
The Mayor of New York City first appears in the Fleetway Comic Menace of the Mousers. He is leading the celebration of the opening of the new Archibald Smith Memorial Bridge. Just as he introduces actor Ronnie ‘Rombo’ Bloggs as the person who will cut the tape, the bridge begins shaking. The Mayor watches in shock as a horde of Mousers destroys the bridge and then chases all of the people who are there for the opening. The Mayor shouts for everyone to run for their lives as the Mousers begin chewing on the podium he is on.
In Ballroom Blitz, the newly elected Mayor has been kidnapped and locked up by Oroku Saki, who plots to take over his position. By the end, the Hero Turtles defeat Shredder and free the mayor. He shows his thankfulness by inviting the Turtles for a pizza.
