History[]
While out on patrol, the Ninja Turtles are kidnapped by Creepy Eddie and taken to Nightmareland. One of the nightmares they step into is an 1800s black and white German village. They hear someone calling for help and stop when they are approached by Dream-sequence Irma. She tells them that an evil scientist has taken her friend, May, to his castle to be a human guinea pig. Irma begs them to save her. Raphael insists that they don't have time for this and Donatello agrees that no one is really in danger. However, Michelangelo disagrees and asks how they know? Holding Irma by the shoulders, the pair give the other three Turtles a pleading look and Mikey reminds Don that he said this place is another dimension. He wonders if some of the people here are real. Raph thinks it's a Creepy Eddie stall tactic, but Leonardo agrees with Mikey and they go to help save May.
Traveling to the creepy mansion at the top of the hill, the Turtles enter and immediately hear another call for help. Following the sound of the voice, they enter a dungeon where Dr. Madscience is menacing May, who is tied down to an operating table. Dr. Madscience declares that he is not defenseless and calls on his minions to destroy the intruders. A group of movie monsters appear and the Turtles forgo the laws of physics and apply lucid dreaming in order to defeat them. Dr. Madscience flees and the Turtles free May, who thanks them and asks if there is anything she can do to return the favor. Donatello says that they are running out of time to get to the yellow brick road. May tells them that the road runs back behind the castle and if they leave through the back door, they'll save themselves hours of travel.
