Maurice LaMarche.

Maurice LaMarche (born March 30, 1958; 65 years old) is a Canadian-American voice actor and former stand-up comedian. He is best known for his voicework in Futurama as Zapp Brannigan's beleaguered assistant Kif Kroker, melodramatic soap acting robot Calculon and other characters; Odval in Disenchantment; The Brain in Animaniacs, its reboot and Pinky And The Brain alongside TMNT alum Rob Paulsen, Egon Spengler on The Real Ghostbusters and Extreme Ghostbusters, Mr. Freeze and Calendar Man in the Batman: Arkham series, Six-Gun in The Transformers, Dragstrip and Dragbreak in Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2015); Doctor Doom in Avengers Assemble, Ultimate Spider-Man, Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order; Gus in Tripping the Rift; Sleet and other characters in Sonic Underground; Chancellor Neighsay in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and Etno in Space Goofs. He was Don Adams' successor as the voice of Inspector Gadget when Adams retired in 1999 and he portrayed the first live-action version of the character on two episodes of the live-action segment of The Super Mario Super Show! in 1989, ten years before the live-action film adaption starring Matthew Broderick. He's also best known for his impression of Orson Welles.

In the 1987 TV series, he voiced Chronos in the episode, Split-Second. In the 2012 TV series, he voices Attila the Frog and Rasputin the Mad Frog. He voices Foot Brute in Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
