Mateus Santolouco is a Brazilian artist whose work has appeared in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stories by IDW Publishing. In addition to illustrating numerous issues, he provided the story and script for the mini-series The Secret History of the Foot Clan. He also worked on Two Guns, Cover Girl, G.I. Joe and American Vampire.
