Master Mario Chan is the head of the Bunny-Ear Clan, owner of Mario Chan’s Ninja Equipment and Pizzeria and an ally to the Ninja Turtles. He appears in the TMNT comic strips. Master Chan is father to Luigi-Sing and his three unnamed brothers.

Hideous Brain Munching Alien Beastie[]
After Oopsie goes missing, Michaelangelo begins searching everywhere, even going so far as to hang reward posters. He begs Raphael to help him, which he agrees to do. Raph takes Mike to Mario Chan’s Ninja Equipment and Pizzeria. At the secret back entrance, Raph gives the code reply, and the door is opened by Master Mario Chan. The Turtles begin to tell Master Chan that they seek an alien baby, but he already knows about Oopsie. Michaelangelo expresses surprise, but Master Chan tells them that the ways of the ninja warrior are known to him... not to mention it's all over cable news. Master Chan agrees to help the Turtles before it is too late and he sends his number one son, Luigi-Sing with them to help find Oopsie. Before proceeding onto his mission, Luigi-Sing tells the Turtles he must don his ninja apparel. He comes back to them wearing a pair of bunny ears, as he is a warrior of Master Chan's Bunny-Ear Clan.
