Mangesh is one of the characters appearing in the Dreamwave comics. He is the leader of a street gang called the Thoogs. The Thoogs worship Kali, a Hindu goddess who is considered to be the master of death, time and change. Mangesh and his men take Jaya hostage and threaten to sacrifice her to Kali if Dheeraj doesn't join their gang.
