Mang-Thrasha's palace appears in the TMNT Adventure comic issue The Search for the Charlie Llama.
It is located atop a tall mountain in Tibet. The Ninja Turtles, Splinter, Ninjara and Katmandu climb up the mountain, and break into the palace.
Inside, they battle government soldiers of the People's Republic of China. They later encounter Mang-Thrasha, who has kidnapped Charlie Llama in an attempt to force him to tell everyone he is not a reincarnation of Buddha. However, Charlie Llama dies before that can happen.
