Some TMNT stuff really isn't for little kids.

M. Bison is the primary antagonist in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vs. Street Fighter comic series. He is a megalomaniac who seeks world domination and uses powerful weapons in order to achieve his goals. M. Bison has no respect for human life and considers himself smarter and stronger than everyone else.

History[]

M. Bison is watching the fight between Raphael and Guile, his attention focused on the Turtle. He finds Raph to be interesting and his new partner, Baxter Stockman agrees, stating that he always has been. Bison says that Raph is definitely a candidate, but Stockman hotly opposes the idea. He tells Bison that they do not want the Turtles to learn of their plan. Stockman reminds Bison that theirs is a partnership and he needs to believe his partner when he says that where the Turtles go, chaos and destruction follow.

Bison disregards the warning and a short while later orders the referee to take the green one out of the fight. At his first opportunity, the referee calls a penalty on one of Raph’s punches and disqualifies him from the competition. When Raph and Guile meet up outside the casino hosting the competition and prepare to fight again, Bison watches with rapt attention. He asks Stockman if he agrees the fight should be interesting, but the scientist says no and that he said not to use the Turtles. He then tells Bison he needs quiet to finish his work. Bison tells him to leave while he watches the fight, because Raph has so much potential – for violence and for chaos. Behind Stockman’s back, Bison plans to fully unlock Raph’s Psycho Power.
