In Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Luxury Simurgh is the name of an establishment in the Hidden City where Yōkai can pay for simurghs, a giant bird used as a flying mount.
It appeared in the episode "The Hidden City Job", and is where Capitán Piel brought his reluctant brother Señor Hueso and Hueso's associate Leonardo. They needed a simurgh so they could fly to Big Mama's auction house located in the Hidden City's subterranean sky. But as they could not afford a simurgh, they did not even enter the establishment's building, and Piel instead proposed they try to tame one of the wild simurghs roaming nearby.
