The Louvre vandal is a man appearing in the 1987 TV series episode Rust Never Sleeps. He breaks into the Louvre Art Museum in Paris, France while the turtles visit the museum.

He tries to destroy the Mona Lisa painting by throwing a bucket full with paint onto the artwork. However, the turtles manage to stop him before having to escape themselves when the Gendarmerie arrive.
