Lonae is a soldier of the Galactic Federation, General Blanque's aid, double agent for the Triceratons, and in certain situations an enemy of the Turtles and Professor Honeycutt.

Lonae was a soldier in the service of the Federation General Blanque on the planet D'Hoonib. But what none of her colleagues knew was that she was addicted to drugs, especially the Triceraton drug Xemorene.
As Lonae one day learned that Blanque was after Professor Honeycutt - whose mind had been transferred in a recent accident to a robot body - and his invention, a tansmat, in order to promote its military ambitions, she met with a Triceraton middleman, which she sold this information to for a dose of Xemorene. However, she did not expect this outcome: she had an overdose and died. This information, however, had the consequence that Honeycutt - and the Turtles, who met the professor randomly - were chased across both the Federation and the Triceraton Republic in the Sidion system before the Utroms succeeded on Earth, in transporting them home.
