Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is an American computer animated series based on the eponymous franchise that premiered on Nickelodeon in the United States and on YTV in Canada on September 29, 2012. It premiered on Eleven in Australia at 7:30 A.M. on June 30, 2013.

Season 2 (2013/14)
- On October 2, 2012, Nickelodeon ordered a second season of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It was also reported that Casey Jones, a friend and ally of the Ninja Turtles in most incarnations but absent from the previous season, would debut in this season.
- Season 2 began airing on October 12, 2013.[1]
- On April 3, 2013, a press release revealed more information about Season 2:
- There will also be a one-hour special with cameos by the original voice actors from the 1987 cartoon in their old roles, including Cam Clarke (Leonardo), Townsend Coleman (Michelangelo), Barry Gordon (Donatello) and Rob Paulsen (Raphael). [2]

Production
After last appearing in the season 2 episodes, The Manhattan Project, the 1987 counterparts of the turtles had a crossover episode with the turtles from this series. In addition with Cam Clarke, Rob Paulsen, Townsend Coleman and Barry Gordon reprising their roles as the 1987 Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo and Donatello, respectively, from the episodes, Pat Fraley also reprises his role as Krang from the 1987 series.
