Liberty Bill is a middle-aged white man with black eyes, light skin, and a muscular figure. He (presumably) wears a wig with short curly white hair styled in a ponytail, a white dress shirt, blue waistcoat, a white jabot around his neck, brown underpants with black stripes, tan tights, a black bowtie, grey wrappings around his wrists, grey kneepads, and brown boots.
History[]
Liberty Bill debuted in "Shell in a Cell". He gave Michelangelo a high five despite initially being asked for one by Donatello.
