Clone Leo is one of the Clone Turtles who kidnapped Splinter.
His palette is available as Leonardo's player two colors in two-player mode.

- Clone Leo is the only one of the clones given a separate character value in the game, as opposed to simply applying the new name and vocal filter on player 2's Leo colors. The version fought by the player does abide to these rules, but the separate value in the game returns a glitched version of Clone Don wearing orange instead of purple. This version can only be accessed by hacking the game.
